Fake Foods

Dinner Plate

Mashed Potatoes: Shaped from Great Stuff Insulating Foam and Sculpt or Coat. Painted with a mixed yellow/cream and a glaze on top to add butter. Attached using hot glue.

Chicken Brest: Shaped out of bead foam and covered with Sculpt or Coat. Painted and glazed, with wood shavings on top for bread crumbs. Piece attached down using hot glue.

Peas: Beads painted with a mixed green and attached down using Sculpt or Coat.

Four were built, all meant to be stacked

Street Vendor Meat Pies

Fold Over Meat Pasty: Air dry clay filled with polyfil. And painted.

Round Meat Pasty: Cardboard tube cut to length and cardboard hot glued to the bottom. Filled with polyfil. Cardboard covered and lid made from air dry clay. Painted to look cooked.

Used in My Fair Lady, Riverside Theatre, Inc., 2019
