Paint
2D Cut Out
Started by editing images, so the animals are on the desired vehicles. The were edited facing the opposite direction from the direction they needed to be, so that the image could be adhered to the back of lauan. This was to not risk residue when painting.
Each image is 3' long. The images were printed 1:1, adhered to the lauan, and cut out using a jig saw, and sanded to smooth edges. All cutouts were based in Kilz white, and traced out with slight adjustments as needed.
Lastly, the images were painted to match the world of the show. Paints were mixed from Rosco Broadway paints. All was sealed with a flat seal.

Doc's Counter
Paint treatment partly provided by paint department. Wood gain painted to match tables in the scene. Green and Orange trim colors provided to match the set. Blocking and brush used to provide age and scuffed look.

Harold Hill Suitcase
The suitcase had previously been written on, and then sharpie was used to cover it up. Firstly the suitcase needed a new coat of black spray paint.
The lettering was created by a graphite transfer, and then hand painted. The hardware was polished using 'Rub 'n Buff'. The whole case was sealed using a semi-gloss spray polycrylic.

Foreclosed Sign
15"x36" muslin sign. Hemmed with a 1/2" double folded hem, and machine stitched.
Lettering laid out with 6" stencils and sponged on with a red paint.
